Government
ABSRB Labs takes government contracts. Diagnose first, build only as far as the problem requires, and keep the person who diagnosed the problem on the build.
What we build for the public sector
Structured requests that arrive complete enough to act on, instead of name, email, message.
People see where their request stands without calling. Staff see one queue instead of an inbox.
Scheduling, estimating, routing, and dashboards, designed and built in-house.
Working with us
ABSRB Labs LLC is an independent studio in Oakland, California, led by William Kwao. No account layer between you and the work. The person who diagnoses your problem is the one who fixes it.
